I worked with Nic and Garrett to replace a commercial flat roof. Everything from pulling the permit to final invoicing of the insurance company was a breeze. The crew was efficient and courteous. Highly recommend and will work with Modern Roof Co again.

This is one great team!! They are knowledgable about new trends, how to partner with Insurance companies to get all storm related damages, covered/fixed. They are caring, considerate, understanding, have excellent communication and set the customer's expectations accordingly. They get the job done, warranty their work and do not walk away until the customer is happy. I have worked with other Roofing/Exterior Renovation Contractors that did a "pretty good job", definitely not saying they did not know what they were doing, however, Modern by far had the best follow-up/follow-thru and built my trust with little-to-no headaches. It is refreshing when I can still find real people with real job awareness and extremely attentive customer service. THANK YOU for being YOU!

They are wonderful!!! Garrett, Nick, and their team did an amazing job on my roof! They let me know exactly what was happening every step of the way, worked with my insurance company, and made sure I was happy with what all was done. They even waited for my Christmas lights to come down before finishing up a few things for the inspection lol. Will use them again if another storm ever comes through and would recommend them every time I can! Thanks guys!

Nic and staff are professional, thorough and just overall a get it done group. They clearly define the scope of all projects so that there are not surprises and that client is fully informed of project. We have used them on multiple buildings (industrial and multi-family) and they do great work.

The crew was there when they were scheduled, responsive to questions, cleaned up well around the house and did a great job on the roof! The project manager was very attentive and even came by when it first rained to make sure the gutters and downspouts were working correctly and checked the roof.

Modern roofing is simply excellent! Their customer service is spectacular, and they helped me so much with my insurance company and were my advocate. Their work is top notch, and their crews are polite, and cleaned everything up - I didn’t find one nail or scrap of material anywhere after they were done. One of the guys even swept my garage - amazing! Their communication throughout the process was exceptional - absolutely highly recommend them!

They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable (especially when it came to working with the insurance company), efficient, and, most importantly, our roof looks beautiful.
